Placed order 5/17. As of 6/28 I hadn’t rcv’d ready to ship items from order, or gotten any confirmation that preorder was started. Sent an email inquiry with no response. Got ready to ship items 7/20 and preorder items 7/22. I’ve ordered many times from ESB, and love everything I’ve purchased. This was the first time processing was an issue for me. A response to my email would have helped me manage expectations.
